About the Role - Position Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead our MegazoneCloud North American sales infrastructure and execution framework. This is a mid-senior level individual contributor or small-team manager role that partners closely with the Director of Sales for North America

Reporting to the North American Sales Leader, this role combines tactical excellence with strategic vision to establish scalable systems that accelerate our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will bring proven sales operations leadership experience along with the ability to navigate complex cross-cultural business environments.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Operations and Revenue Enablement

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategy and execution frameworks
  • Lead pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis to accelerate revenue attainment
  • Develop metrics-driven approaches to optimize sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Identify and resolve structural barriers to sales execution and growth
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the North American Sales Leader on go-to-market execution and business scaling
  • Continuously identify and remove operational bottlenecks to boost sales team productivity

Process Optimization & Systems Leadership

  • Own architecture, optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Establish standardized sales methodologies and enforce data and process discipline
  • Design scalable deal management workflows from qualification through close
  • Lead the development of sales enablement tools and resources
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Operations Teams

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Contribute to strategic planning for North American market expansion
  • Support the development of new business models and GTM approaches
  • Collaborate with global teams on business incubation initiatives
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable business strategies
  • Collaborate with product and service teams to align offerings with market needs

Growth & Evolution

  • As our North American business grows, this role will evolve to include team leadership responsibilities
  • Opportunity to build and develop a junior operations team to support the expanding sales function
  • Future focus will include hybrid sales operations and account management leadership
  • Potential to shape the growth of our North American sales organization as we scale

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency inKorean and English (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience in sales operations leadership
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling sales operations in growth environments
  • Advanced proficiency with and sales technology stack
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience driving data-based decision making
  • Cultural understanding of both Korean and American business environments
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience or certification
  • Experience in cloud computing, MSP, or related technology services
  • Previous experience in global organizations with matrix reporting structures
  • Experience with both sales operations and account management responsibilities
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Experience launching new products or services in the North American market
