Job Summary

Owns workflow from raw CRM to executive insight & serve as the analytics engine: build/maintain predictive models, automate dashboards, own data hygiene and CRM, surface pipeline risk, prep Board-pack slides. Reports directly to executive team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast & model - Quantify sales rep ramp / performance, predict future revenue from current enrollments and pipeline metrics. Support quota setting.
  • Reporting & dashboards - Support executives & board with dashboards for performance tracking, sales rep evaluation etc. Surface opportunities and pipeline risks.
  • Maintain data & CRM hygiene - Ensure most important data to track commercial performance, improvements and product prioritization is being stored / recorded, organized and ready to be analyzed. Implement CRM from scratch.
  • Find commercial / product improvement opportunities - Find ways to improve and run what-if scenarios for improvements in collections, prioritize territories expand payer coverage. Ensure collection of most important data for product roadmap prioritization (blockers, product performance etc.)
  • Quota tracking / setting - Help with quota setting, tracking reps towards their quota as well as find early metrics predicting future rep success to see who needs coaching etc.

Requirements

  • Superior analytical and strategic thinking skills with demonstrated success in developing business requirements and solutions for internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced technical skills with PowerBI or similar.
  • SQL skills required, Python a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience with healthcare data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, and Definitive preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and assess data, analyze trends, and produce actionable insights that enable process and business improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data and insights in actionable and insightful ways to various audiences.
  • Experience with CRM Report and Dashboard creation.
  • Ability to analyze data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • High energy with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates good judgment, business curiosity and actively engages with colleagues across the organization.
  • Previous experience in data analytics around management strategy or marketing. Medical device or healthcare experience preferred.
