Aspire Jobs is working with our client, a well-established independent estate agency, seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property sales who can confidently manage the sales process from valuation to completion while delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our client's sales operation, taking ownership of your pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and driving performance across valuations, listings, negotiations, and sales progression.

Our client seeks someone who is professional, articulate, and driven, but also personable and fun.

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally at a senior or negotiator level
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and superb communication manner
  • A proactive, goal-driven attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities
  • Highly organized with excellent diary and time management skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple sales pipelines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure, especially during sales progression
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and property portals
