- Qualifying new business discussions and closing brand partnership deals to meet personal annual targets.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive engagement and maximize value for both parties.
- Maintaining regular communication and addressing any partnership issues that arise.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in music brand partnership sales roles.
- A personal network of global brand partners in Europe, the US, and Africa.
- A strong affinity for and deep knowledge of Afrobeats and Amapiano cultures.
- Self-motivation, reliability, and a passion for cultivating connections.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
