Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Manager (Brand Partnerships)

Responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters by securing and leading new business meetings.
  2. Qualifying new business discussions and closing brand partnership deals to meet personal annual targets.
  3. Collaborating with the team to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive engagement and maximize value for both parties.
  4. Maintaining regular communication and addressing any partnership issues that arise.
  5. Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Previous experience in music brand partnership sales roles.
  2. A personal network of global brand partners in Europe, the US, and Africa.
  3. A strong affinity for and deep knowledge of Afrobeats and Amapiano cultures.
  4. Self-motivation, reliability, and a passion for cultivating connections.
  5. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
