We've recently partnered with a global digital logistics and supply chain solutions provider as they expand into the U.S. market. They are now seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and strategic growth across the United States.
Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will take ownership of driving new business development, particularly across enterprise and mid-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, deep understanding of warehouse and transportation solutions, and a consultative, multi-stakeholder approach to selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle for digital logistics solutions - with a strong focus on WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), transportation, and end-to-end supply chain tech
- Identify and engage enterprise and mid-market prospects, with a focus on net-new logo acquisition
- Sell across multiple internal functions - including Operations, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain leadership
- Build and execute an effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the U.S. region
- Deliver a consultative sales approach, conducting in-depth discovery and aligning technical value to customer needs
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solutions engineers, product teams, and customer success to deliver high-value outcomes
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and activity using CRM tools
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on new business development
- Background in the logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or digital warehouse management sector is essential
- Demonstrated success selling WMS, transportation, or supply chain visibility solutions
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment, and logistics technology trends
- Experience engaging multiple buyer personas within enterprise environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. for meetings or industry events
