About the Role
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a growing client in the food and beverage industry based in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role, combining field-based territory management with regular in-office collaboration (this is not a remote position).
The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) sales professional or an industry expert looking to transition into sales, who enjoys relationship-building, driving business growth, and making a tangible impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a sales territory across the Austin area.
- Conduct a mix of cold outreach (70%) and account management (30%).
- Call on small to mid-sized restaurants and foodservice businesses; interact with decision-makers (owners, chefs, GMs).
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Support invoicing, collections, and issue resolution for your accounts.
- Participate in regular in-office meetings for alignment and team strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in the food and beverage industry required.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Education:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish) required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a territory independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000 (DOE)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000-$100,000
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (Company car may be offered in the future)
- Cell Phone Reimbursement: Yes
- Benefits: Full package including 401(k)
Other Requirements
- Must have a personal vehicle (rideshare/shared transport not accepted).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willing to travel within Austin and occasionally to other cities (travel covered).
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
