Sales Engineer (LLM/GenAI)
- Location: San Francisco (hybrid, ideally 2 days onsite per week)
- Compensation: $250K-$280K OTE (70/30 split) + equity

Role Overview
The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in technical discovery, running proofs of concept, and working directly with customers to unlock value from their data using cutting-edge LLM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery calls and guide customers through tailored solution design
- Run hands-on PoCs and technical demos with Python, LangChain, OpenAI, etc.
- Analyze customer architectures and integrate GenAI evaluation into real-world systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to drive adoption and shape roadmap
- Translate technical findings into business value and customer outcomes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, ML Engineering, or a similar technical role
- Strong experience with Python, APIs, and modern ML/LLM tools (e.g., LangChain, Streamlit, OpenAI)
- Deep understanding of LLMs and GenAI workflows
- Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: experience onboarding customers to complex ML platforms or writing technical documentation
