Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dammam for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, managing and growing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships whilst adding to company revenue and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include developing and delivering technical presentations, performing technical assessments, offering equipment recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Strong Technical Support capabilities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the rental equipment industry is a plus
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
