About the Job:


The Senior SDR Manager is focused on hiring and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on building pipeline, managing processes, and keen on per rep production is vital. The Senior SDR Manager comes with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup, knows how to build the team from the ground up, and leads in implementing sales development best practices in place. The manager will have the full support of Marketing, world-wide Sales teams that are excited to partner in developing mass market and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to fill top-of-funnel qualified leads and conversions. Your team will have responsibilities for working with Marketing and Sales to qualify inbound leads, as well as cultivate outbound programs to acquire new opportunities. The manager will be creative in coming up with innovative programs and collaborating with Marketing and Sales to executive on these programs.


Supervise Responsibilities:


Top-of-funnel leader that can execute on business needs.

Must have a positive attitude and will not take "no" for an answer.

Possess at least 1 year of experience in managing an SDR team.

Able to leverage data to ensure that SLA's and KPI's are hit daily.

Working side by side with your reps and coaching them how to handle objections and pitch Rippling in order to book demos with prospects.

Motivates your reps to learn and grow daily preparing them for their next sales role.

Strong leader that owns a specific function and is able to translate the needs of the business throughout their org.

Heavily involved in hiring top talent for the SDR organization

Highly collaborative with cross functional teams and able to deliver high level and tactical feedback across the orgs.

Consistently drive the business to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


Required Skills/Abilities:


2+ years in an SDR Organization and 1+ years in SDR Leadership

Proficiency in SDR Tech Stack: Outreach, Salesloft, Mixmax, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo.

Experience with multi product selling distribution.

Experience building an outbound program or executing an outbound strategy that involves multichannel approaches tracked heavily by input/output metrics

Excellent abilities to manage at the ground level while also able to zoom out and define and execute on broader business initiatives.

Ability to hire, onboard, ramp and train remotely working multiple timezones.

A deep understanding of scaling orgs in fast-paced environments.

Ability to travel 25% of the time.
