SUMMARY:

The Senior Sales Coordinator will provide a single point of contact support for key accounts and help drive additional sales. Manages the RFQ from quote through order conversion. Service requests and duties will flow from the customer, dealer representative, or outside Sales Manager to the Senior Sales Coordinator. The Senior Sales Coordinator will then execute the action items needed and follow up to a conclusion.


PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Triage and acknowledge all quote requests and orders.
  • Provides consultative sales during the quote process.
  • Enters and processes quotes and orders into our ERP system.
  • Send quotes and order acknowledgments to customers and representatives with proactive sales information (Applicable Promos, VE options, Product recommendations, etc.), including relevant communications.
  • Provide budgetary takeoff services as needed.
  • Receives out-of-warranty opportunities from Tech Support and communicates with the customer.
  • Handles customer relations and key activities such as turnaround time expectations, payment, post-delivery follow up, and promotions.
  • Utilizes CRM tools to review and communicate customers' statuses.
  • Serves as in-house liaison between the field (outside sales, reps, customers) and factory.
  • Ensures communications of sales campaigns, including promotions to reps and customers
  • Provide necessary feedback to the Sales Support Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales
  • Responds to additional sales opportunities, including new orders and upgrades to existing projects.
  • Processes orders, shows tenacity in ensuring timely approvals and payment before release to production.
  • Follow up communications on Orders- Provides order updates to the customer, interacting with the Design team, Production, and Supply Chain as needed.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

  • May occasionally attend trade shows and meet with representatives for key account engagement.
  • Answers product questions, including general installation guidelines and recommendations.
  • Participates in pipeline management, which includes reaching out to dormant or less active customers for quote follow-up or promotional activities.
  • Engage with customers for training and project meetings.
  • Assist with technical and product support as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3-5 years in quoting, sales, and account management or a combination of related experience. High-level customer service experience.


PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Associate degree in business administration, Marketing, or Communications.
