The Sales Analyst is the data engine behind our sales organization. You will own the company-wide sales forecast, model the financial impact of promotional programs, and translate data into clear, actionable insights for Sales Leadership. From monthly reporting and annual planning to margin diagnostics and volume-rebate tracking, you'll be a trusted advisor who turns numbers into decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• End-to-end forecasting - Build & maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts rooted in historicals and live pipeline.

• Revenue Analytics - Track and surface key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against goals and uncover growth opportunities.

• Program & margin modeling - Run "what-if" analyses for promos, volume rebates, display incentives, and SPIFFs; deliver pre-launch scenarios and post-mortem ROI.

• Insightful reporting - Produce weekly, monthly, and QBR KPI dashboards covering revenue, pipeline health, programming performance, OKRs, and dealer performance.

• Competitive intel - Maintain a lightweight database of competitive pricing and, where available, share trends to flag risks and opportunities.

• Deal support - Model complex project quotes, balancing price, rebates, and margin targets.

• Process automation - Streamline and automate recurring reports; improve data quality across CRM, ERP, and incentive systems.

• Storytelling - Translate analytical findings into concise memos, decks, and live briefings for executives and front-line teams.

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years focused on Sales/GTM analytics in distribution, CPG, or other multi-channel environments-owning forecasts, promo modeling, and executive-level reporting.

• Advanced Excel/Sheets plus SQL and/or Python for data wrangling and modeling.

• Visualization expertise with Power BI, Tableau, -able to turn raw data into clear, compelling stories.

• Proven storyteller & influencer: you've presented insights to execs and trained sales teams on how to apply them, converting dashboards into day-to-day habits.

• Strategic problem-solver: can frame ambiguous questions, pressure-test assumptions on margin, pricing, and rebates, and translate findings into clear recommendations.

• Sharp communicator who can simplify complex analysis and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, or similar (Master's a plus).
