A global leader in collaborative robotics is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer to support and drive technical success across key markets in the Southern and Midwestern U.S. This is a hands-on role combining application engineering, customer support, and project delivery within a rapidly growing and innovation-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments for robotic application feasibility and optimization
- Support customers using 3D simulation tools for automation design
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend effective robotic solutions
- Deliver high-level technical support for dealers, customers, and system integrators
- Collaborate with product and project teams to create integrated cobot solutions
- Lead or support automation projects from concept to deployment
- Provide post-sales service and maintenance in line with support policies
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in automation with system integrators or robotics manufacturers
- Strong knowledge of robot programming and automation project delivery
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as RoboDK, Emulator 3D, or similar
- Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, C )
- Solid grasp of industrial robotics concepts and technologies
- Comfortable with frequent travel (70%+)
Preferred Experience:
- Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience working with ROS/API-based robot systems (collaborative or industrial)
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
