This position supports OR Services (Operation Room, PACU, PAPA, Endo) and promotes the organization's Mission and Vision through education and training.
Responsible for clinical and non-clinical staff training and continuous education. Develop educational programs and materials tailored to diverse audiences. Conduct training sessions and workshops on health topics. Assess educational needs and customize programs accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance teaching and communication skills. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed. Stay current with healthcare trends and integrate new information into programs. Engage with community organizations to promote health education initiatives. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in nursing, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in health education.
