Alera Group is looking for a Sr. Risk Management Consultant to join their Property & Casualty team.

Webber & Grinnell Insurance is a client-focused, independent insurance agency. For over 150 years, we have provided insurance protection for thousands of individuals and businesses throughout New England through two office locations-Northampton, MA, and Holyoke, MA. Due to the stability, professionalism, and competitiveness of our staff, we are one of the largest agencies in Western Massachusetts.
Working with a team of service and support personnel, the Senior Risk Management Consultant builds a client base by add-ing new clients, new lines of coverage, and growing current clients. An effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder, the Senior Risk Management Consultant leverages Alera Group's sales methodologies, tools and resources, service platform, and best practices to successfully grow the client base.
As a key player in our team, you'll dive deep into understanding individual clients' risk exposures, metrics for success, and industry challenges. You'll navigate their decision-making processes, identifying goals and issues while ensuring our performance exceeds their expectations. Your role involves closing new business with a strategic and methodical approach, alongside monitoring client satisfaction through strong relationships and seamless collaboration with Alera Group team members.
- Engage in business planning to set and achieve impactful goals.
- Drive new business sales with a focus on $75,000+ revenue.
- Foster client value creation and enhance book growth.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and a strong closing ratio.
- Utilize technology and resources for team efficiency.
- Support best practices and participate in team meetings.
- Assist in recruiting top talent for Alera Group.
- BS/BA Degree preferred

Salary range is $50,000 - 60,000 per year, based on experience.
