This role is critical in shaping and leading strategies that maximize profitability, enhance competitive positioning, and deliver value across our vast retail network. The SRM teamu2019s mission is to drive world-class revenue management practices through the organization. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Merchandise to drive change and growth through a balanced approach of promotions and price/offer package architecture. As an SRM Analyst, you will be a critical partner in guiding the development, execution, and enablement of both foundational and industry-leading data, tools, reports, models, and processes that support our growth objectives KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Responsibilities You will be at the forefront of strategically developing and advancing our tools and technologies to support the SRM mission. These responsibilities include: u2002u2022u2002Listen to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback cohesively into recommendations u2002u2022u2002Responsible for facilitating discovery and design sprints to gain end user perspective and feedback u2002u2022u2002Responsible for making final decisions on what goes into the product and prioritizing in what order u2002u2022u2002Bring the product to life from end-to-end, with full support and enable for end users u2002u2022u2002Accountable for ensuring the recommendations are accurate and reliable u2002u2022u2002Responsible for exciting end users, and engendering their confidence in you as a trusted partner In this role you will be expected to: u2002u2022u2002Support SRM Analytics in largest revenue driving & complex categories with the business stakeholders u2002u2022 Leads strategic communications across Merch/Marketing/Support on assigned categories u2002u2022 Turn tools and data into actionable stories our teams can make decisions with. This is a critical skillset weu2019ll both develop in you and expect you to master in this role u2002u2022u2002Have deep understanding of the business drivers & KPIs, and how the SRM levers directly or indirectly impacts them u2002u2022u2002Provide holistic, end-to-end view of the challenges and opportunities to implement and improve SRM capabilities across divisions u2002u2022u2002Be an analytical thought partner who can determine which data is relevant to create actionable and measurable insights u2002u2022u2002Be a driven self-starter, identifying opportunities and being accountable for the execution of the initiatives u2002u2022u2002Be ready to adapt as the role develops. Your responsibilities will evolve in tandem with our mission and objectives, and you'll need to stay abreast of new developments in the field and pivot our strategies as necessary EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION: Bachelors / 4 Yr Degree YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERINECE: 5+ Years SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Preferred Qualifications u2022u2002Proficiency in BI/visualization software, i.e., Power BI u2022u2002Experience working with enterprise level Price/Promo AI solutions. u2022u2002Experience working with external syndicated sales, consumer data, and internal financial data u2002u2022u2002A proficient understanding of data architecture, data lake and cloud systems, and data management structures u2002u2022u2002A high-level understanding of modeling concepts, techniques, and methods (elasticity, clustering, etc) u2002u2022u2002Retail, consumer goods, or convenience industry experience strongly preferred. u2002u2022u2002Strong track record in analytic acumen is key with understanding of end-to-end processes from planning to execution Skills u2022u2002Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and assist in decision-making through data storytelling u2022u2002Effective written and verbal communication and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders u2002u2022u2002Ability to embrace and lead Change Management in complex business environment u2002u2022u2002Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy P osition not eligible for sponsorship If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
