About the Role:

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in driving revenue growth and profitability? Our company is seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to support RGM analyst team. This role is responsible for guiding the design, execution, and ongoing refinement of reporting and analytics related to sales planning, trade promotion management, and revenue growth strategies. Working cross-functionally, you will identify opportunities for growth, optimize customer P&Ls, and innovate data-driven pricing and promotional strategies.

Your Impact:

As the Senior RGM Analyst

  • Support Annual Customer Planning: Manage and communicate the sales planning process, reconcile budgets with forecasts, and drive productive team discussions using actionable data.
  • Analyze and Optimize Sales Trade Spending: Oversee evaluation and tracking of trade spend efficiencies, enforce promotion policies, and guide ROI-driven trade spending proposals.
  • Develop Revenue Growth Tools: Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to analyze elasticity, promotional ROI, and category-level pricing strategies, helping inform decision-making across departments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead bottom-up planning activities and bridge gaps between forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide strategic insights into category dynamics, driving revenue growth and improving gross profit margins.
  • Conduct complex quantitative analyses and scenario planning, evaluating the elasticity of pricing and promotions.
  • Oversee the integration of reporting tools to drive insights across sales, marketing, and financial teams.
