Purpose of the Position Senior Restaurant Managers provide high-level leadership and direction to ensure operational excellence in all aspects of restaurant management. They are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, cultivating a positive team culture, achieving financial goals, and upholding Eureka.'s standards of service, quality, and safety. Position Duties - Daily- Conduct pre-shift meetings to align the team on goals and standards.
- Review and manage opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory and place accurate daily orders.
- Oversee floor operations to ensure smooth service.
Position Duties - Weekly/Monthly- Develop team schedules aligned with labor targets and guest traffic.
- Conduct financial reviews and provide action plans for improvement.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed and recorded.
Physical Demands and Work Environment This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working in conditions that may include heat, noise, and occasional physical strain.
