Senior Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist (Full-Time) - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Location: Northern Suburbs of Chicago, IL
Night Shifts Available 12-Hour Shifts Rotating Weekends/Holidays Weekend Call Required

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago . Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing a wide range of advanced respiratory care services. This includes:
Administering all offered respiratory therapies
Ventilator management and airway support
EKGs, pulse oximetry, Holter monitoring, pulmonary function testing, and procedures directed by pulmonologists
Managing and operating respiratory equipment and supplies safely and effectively
Performing clerical duties such as chart data entry, documentation, departmental charges, and filing

Available Shifts:
6:30 PM - 7:00 AM , rotating weekends and holidays
7:30 PM - 7:00 AM , 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week
Weekend Call: One 12-hour shift per weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
Current Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner License
National certification (RRT or CRT) preferred
BLS certification required , ACLS preferred
Minimum 3 years of ICU/critical care experience preferred
Strong background in direct bedside patient care
Self-supervising and self-motivated work ethic
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
