About Our Client

Job Description
  • Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Address residents' queries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal property conditions
  • Coordinate with leasing agents to ensure occupancy rates remain high
  • Prepare and manage the property's budget and financial reports
  • Implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and maintenance needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of property management staff

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Resident Manager should have:
  • Will have managed a property of over 700 units
  • Will be able to live on site
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in budget preparation and financial management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation
