Job Description - Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure compliance with company standards
- Address residents' queries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal property conditions
- Coordinate with leasing agents to ensure occupancy rates remain high
- Prepare and manage the property's budget and financial reports
- Implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and maintenance needs
- Lead and mentor a team of property management staff

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Resident Manager should have:
- Will have managed a property of over 700 units
- Will be able to live on site
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of property management principles and best practices
- Proven experience in budget preparation and financial management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies
- Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation
