Senior Requirements Analyst The SRA will facilitate and assist in the creation of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation including Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUON)/Joint Emerging Operational Needs (JEON), and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for cyberspace initiatives. Assist government leads with conducting annual capability gaps and requirements validations/re-validation assessments in response to emerging threats, changing external guidance, and realignment of mission priorities. Support and contribute to the redesign and testing of automated tools supporting USCYBERCOM's requirements management process by establishing performance specifications, supporting the test and evaluation process and providing functional testing. Assists requirement owners with refining assessing, documenting and maintaining requirements in preparation for CRIB meetings to convey key program objectives, their relative contributions to the mission, and estimated cost. Position Duties

• Assist government leads with conducting annual capability gap and requirements validation/re-validation assessments in response to emerging threats, changing external guidance, and realignment of mission priorities;
• Facilitate various Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and Working Groups;
• Act as a gatekeeper for various assigned requirements within the organization;
• Define and develop various business processes. Qualifications:

• Have a Master's degree;
• In lieu of an MS degree, a Bachelor's degree with 3 additional years of experience performing the requirements above, for a total of 13 years; or HS diploma/Associate's degree with an additional 6 years of experience performing the requirements above, for a total of 16 years. Required Experience:

• Have over 10 years of experience completing tasks as specified in the position description;
• Five years of recent experience with the development of operational and strategic assessments to provide justification and analytical rigor to Program Objective Memorandum (POM) recommendations and responses. Must be familiar with development of DoD assessments, assessment strategies, planning and executing assessments, and composing and briefing assessment materials;
• Five years of recent experience in the development, documentation of broad-based program plans, including budgets and schedules. Experience with Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and education, Personnel and Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) analysis (5 years in any of the functional areas);
• Two years of recent experience in briefing senior leadership in cyber operational requirements and objectives. Desired Experience:

• Experience in managing, directing, and composing strategic assessments;
• Five years of recent experience in the advocacy of Cyberspace Capabilities. Must have experience modeling analytical problems;
• Experience in Knowledge Management Decision Support, MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel;
• Must have superior written, oral, and presentation development skills.
