Join our experienced People Analytics team and help enable data-driven business decisions that can inform our business leaders across the company. We're scaling up our reporting capabilities, leveraging Power BI and Snowflake to transform decades of historical data with real-time data into meaningful analytics that provide the forward-looking answers we need.
Our ideal candidate will be highly creative and able to wear different hats in end-to-end report delivery from data discovery and transformation to visualization and report generation. Importantly, they'll also bring experience in enterprise people data, and have a broad understanding of both HRIS and Recruiting ATS data structures and workflows.
ResponsibilitiesThis role will be a senior contributor on the team, able to work well independently to drive projects to completion, as well as partnering well with team members on larger projects.
- Primarily responsible for full life-cycle Power BI reporting: requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment
- Develop custom PowerBI/PBI dataflow solutions (SQL/DAX) to bridge gaps in our Snowflake model.
- Partner with our Data Warehouse Team on R&D/data engineering to build/specify new data sources and semantic models to improve our ability to predict outcomes or prescribe directions.
- Partner with our inhouse Business Applications development partners (who build our ATS, Req System, and Careers Site) as well as our Workday HRIS team to help drive innovation and continuous improvement in data collection and aggregation.
Minimum Qualifications - Experience with business intelligence tools
- Expertise with SQL
- Experience with Power BI
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Additional QualificationsSolid understanding of People Data: HRIS, Recruiting systems, typical workflows and transactions, processes, and metrics.
Experience working with a Snowflake data mart is a big plus.
Experience with Workday HRIS, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics is helpful.
