Reports to - Sr. Manager, Revenue
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately report volumes, values, deductions, and taxes by product
- Ensure timely payment of all taxes and royalties (State & Federal)
- Communicate with other departments to keep informed of operational changes and land issues.
- Prepare account analysis and reconciliation for revenue regulatory related accounts.
- Respond to royalty related inquiries.
- Follow all established internal controls or revenue accounting.
- Lead special projects as required.

- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in oil and gas regulatory reporting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-starting, detailed, results oriented team player.
- Strong organizational skills with significant attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. W Energy is a plus
- Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, meet deadlines, and manage changes in fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
