Overview of the Senior Healthcare Recruiter Role:
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions, including executive-level roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment guidance and workforce planning support.
• Oversee and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a diverse workforce.
• Utilize data and recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing processes, and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Healthcare Recruiter Role:
• Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter with a focus on senior or specialized healthcare roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for decision-making.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
