Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

Projects will range across new build residential, commercial fitouts, refurbishments, party wall work and expert witness reports.

Location: Kent-based with flexible/hybrid working. Projects span London & the South East.What does it involve? - Cost planning & estimating
- Leading residential & commercial projects from feasibility to completion
- Project management & contract administration
- Programming, claims & dispute resolution
- Managing and mentoring APC candidates
- Leading client meetings & supporting business development
- Reporting to directors and helping shape the QS function
What We're Looking For - MRICS preferred
- Strong across both residential & commercial sectors
- Confident, client-facing & commercially aware
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- A team player who s hands-on, adaptable, and deadline-driven
