Our client is an establised Main Contractor that specialises in commercial, industrial and life sciences developements, and has recently won a 30m D&B scheme that requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the project team.
You require the following experience and skills:
- Experience of commercially managing projects circa 20 - 30m
- Experience with design & build form of contract
- Can take projects from procurement stage through to final account
- Can financially manage the contract both upstream and downstream.
- Can produce accurate cost reporting information.
- Resolve any potential disputes before they go contractual.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the client that could lead to repeat business.
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying
