Senior Quality Manager
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join their corporate team. This is a regional role, sitting in Weirton, West Virginia. Role involves 50% travel to plants in your region.
The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for oversight of all organizational quality management systems development, implementation, and monitoring, with emphasis on efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Room for future growth.
Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Manager
- Overseeing the Quality management systems development and implementation, ensuring industry alignment
- Creating and driving organization quality goals and strategy, including leading operational efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality improvement initiatives
- Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other rolls to identify process improvement areas
- Performing business processes analysis
- Managing audits, assessments, and inspections and ensuring quality standards compliance
- Developing and implementing training programs
- Performing data analysis and reporting
- Monitoring customer feedback and implementing satisfaction improvement strategies
Requirements of the Senior Quality Manager
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years quality management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Quality improvement tools proficiency (Fishbone Diagrams, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Advanced quality management systems and methodologies proficiency

Salary: $115-$125k + FREE medical benefits
