Profile

A successful Senior Quality Engineer candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering or similar experience
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems, including AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in RCCA methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC).
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality documentation (procedures, work instructions).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer/supplier interaction.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Familiarity with risk management and mitigation techniques.
