Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quality Engineer in Manchester. This full-time role offers hybrid working, with 40% of the time in our Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redefine design, functionality, and features.
  • Drive transformation in quality engineering, ensuring the delivery of quality software solutions.
  • Participate in communities of practice and improvement groups.
  • Coach team members, including junior engineers and partner resources.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven Test Automation Engineer with experience in developing automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning, including testing AI models.
  • Experience with UI and API automated testing tools like Playwright or similar, and understanding of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
  • Proficiency in languages like Typescript, Javascript, or equivalent.
  • Agile experience and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
Desirable Skills
  • Performance testing experience with tools like Load Runner, JMeter, or similar.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GIT Hub or Jenkins.
  • Security testing experience with tools like Burp Suite or ZAP.
