Summary:

Essential Duties:
- Ensure raw materials, components, and finished products meet contractual quality requirements and specifications.
- Manage supplier interactions, ensuring compliance with company and customer quality standards for new product development programs.
- Develop and communicate quality performance expectations to suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement, process control, and quality systems.
- Mentor and train supplier representatives on best practices in quality systems, process control methods, and problem-solving techniques.
- Develop and execute supplier audit schedules, conduct audits, and follow up on corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain and assess supplier program performance, including ratings, metrics, and development, and report results to management.
