Leidos' National Security Sector is seeking a talented
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to support a critical program in the Cyber & Analytics Business Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality services to our customers through effective process management, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Roles and Responsibilities - Manage the program's Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.
- Deploy and refine relevant QMS processes throughout the program.
- Collaborate closely with the program team to execute the QMS effectively.
- Recommend and track continuous process improvement activities.
- Implement internal process and product audit practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, Leidos policies, and established best practices.
- Support the development and collection of performance metrics.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics trends to program management.
- Provide timely metrics and audit results to track progress toward quality objectives.
- Act as a liaison for enterprise quality initiatives and report on Quality Achievements.
- Review and submit contract deliverables for compliance.
- Ensure adherence to PWS, QASP, EENG, and ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015).
- Create, update, and maintain a Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) as applicable.
- Document and resolve nonconformities through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Assist in various reporting requirements, including Quality Management Reviews and Monthly Operational Reviews.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
- Proven experience in Quality Management for Software Development and IT Service Management Projects.
- Familiarity with external quality standards such as ISO9001/ISO20000/AS9100/CMMI.
- Experience with peer reviews and process auditing.
- Skilled in collecting and analyzing metrics effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project).
- Willingness to support limited domestic travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Agile principles.
- Experience in Software Configuration auditing.
- Familiarity with the software peer review process.
- Formal training in auditing practices.

Pay Range: $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
The pay range provided is a general guideline and not a guaranteed salary. Compensation will be influenced by responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity among other factors.
