About the Role: We are seeking a systems analyst to perform the
Senior Quality Assurance Analyst role to support a customer's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Test and Evaluation (T&E) team. This position will play a critical role in maintaining technical quality standards for system upgrades, migrations, and documentation to ensure operational excellence for the U.S. Navy's enterprise systems. You will work closely with developers, engineers, program managers, and analysts to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of enterprise software systems used by the customer.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.Key Responsibilities: - Review, approve, and update the status of project documentation prior to Engineering Review Boards (ERBs) and Technical Change Control Boards (TCCBs).
- Conduct functional and technical documentation reviews for quality standards compliance ahead of each system release.
- Assist with the verification and testing of system migrations and upgrades; document findings and recommend resolutions.
- Maintain the status of Technical Data Package (TDP) artifacts for each release.
- Ensure the Navy ERP Sustainment Dictionary is current and properly maintained.
- Manage and update T&E and QA-related processes, SOPs, and documentation within the PMW 220 Process Asset Library (PAL).
- Support ticket processing and resolution within the National Help Desk System Management (NHDSM) platform.
- Deliver expert advice and recommendations on quality assurance policies, processes, and standards.
- Conduct quality assurance analysis to identify deficiencies, recommend solutions, and prepare formal reports for leadership review
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or systems analysis.
- Active DoD SECRET clearance.
- Expert knowledge of:
- ERP (SAP ECC) environment
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control concepts and practices
- Experience documenting and tracking defects through closure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare technical reports and executive summaries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with DoD or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) is a plus.
- CompTIA Security+, or similar certifications.
- ISO 9001 or equivalent quality certification is an advantage.
