Position: SR. Purchasing Clerk
We're seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk to join our team and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services. This role involves vendor negotiations, purchase order management, inventory tracking, and ensuring product quality. You'll also help maintain our FSC certification and support ISO compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase and negotiate materials, equipment, and services.
- Act as FSC Coordinator for the Brooklyn Park location.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve order discrepancies.
- Maintain purchase records, inventory levels, and monthly counts.
- Assist in developing procurement policies and ISO procedures.
- Evaluate new suppliers and manage RFQs, pricing, and POs.
- Support supplier performance reviews and internal training.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years' purchasing experience (print/manufacturing preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Printstream ERP a plus.
- Knowledge of paper products helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Info:
- Pay: $58K-$83K DOE (print experience required for higher end)
- Location: Onsite initially (90 days), then hybrid (1 remote day/week)

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
