Proposal Manager with Security Clearance

Sr. Proposal Manager Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days a week in Reston, VA Type: Direct Hire, Full-time Salary: Competitive, with Full Benefits About the Role: As a Sr. Proposal Manager, you'll collaborate with all levels of our Management, Technical Leads/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Pricing, and Recruiting teams to manage, develop, and shape proposal strategies. You will coordinate the proposal preparation activities, from capturing competitive and unique differentiators to ultimately crafting winning proposals. Responsibilities: Drive the proposal team in producing winning proposals in support of our six major practice areas: Human-Centered Design, Applied Intelligence, DevSecOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise IT, along with three business units. Manage and develop large-scale proposals while supporting the development of the team's aptitude and alignment with the Business Development Lifecycle (BDLC). Coordinate the proposal preparation activities, ensuring the capture of competitive and unique differentiators to ultimately craft winning proposals. Requirements: Ability to obtain a government-issued Secret security clearance. 5+ years of experience managing federal government proposal development and processes. Proven portfolio including assertive project, program, and/or technical delivery experience. Expertise with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required) and SharePoint. 10+ years of industry experience and a bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills with experience preparing and producing proposals for large and complex information technology companies. Comfortable with crafting, shaping, and driving the tempo of proposals from beginning to delivery. Understanding of Shipley Proposal Development or other proven proposal processes.
