Senior Property Manager

RETS Associates on behalf of our client, a San Diego based, family-owned real estate investment, development, and management company, to recruit a Senior Property Manager (SPM) to be based out of San Diego, CA. The SPM will oversee a portfolio of retail strip centers, office buildings, and mixed-use business park throughout San Diego and Orange County. The SPM will maximize property performance, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in commercial property management, construction management, financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing multiple properties efficiently.

Qualifications:

• RPA or CPM certification preferred.

• 8+ years of commercial property management experience.

• Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire life safety, grease traps, parking lot repairs, and roof maintenance.

• Ability to oversee maintenance, optimize efficiency, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Strong financial, operational, and construction management expertise.

• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple properties.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $120K-$130K base plus bonus potential DOE
