Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the portfolio, ensuring smooth tenant relations and efficient property management.
- Manage financial aspects of the portfolio, including accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation of financial statements, operating expenses, rent collection, and budget development.
- Mentor and develop the property management team to foster talent growth and future development.
- Direct and manage facilities maintenance, tenant improvements, and capital projects, adhering to schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise third-party vendors, including building engineers and on-site contractors.
- Participate in property operations setup, including back-of-house operations, major building equipment commissioning, and oversight of operations and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage with tenants, addressing concerns or requests promptly and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the regional team, supporting projects, tours, and tenant engagement requests as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in property management, with commercial real estate experience required.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex building and management systems.
- Extensive operations experience, including full life cycle of building management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly collaborative, with experience managing and coaching direct reports.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $165,000 USD annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as the individual's knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and compensation practices.
