We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community in North Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management with expertise in HUD Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Ensure compliance with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC regulations, maintaining proper documentation and certifications.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and rent collections.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and upkeep of facilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, preferably 8-10 years
- COS and TCS certifications preferred
- In-depth knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD Section 8, LIHTC).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
