RETS on behalf of our client to recruit a Senior Property Manager (SPM) based in Costa Mesa. Our client is a family office that owns and operates an industrial portfolio across Southern California and Texas. In this role, you will serve as the property management expert within the family office. The SPM is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing a 900K SF industrial portfolio throughout Orange County and managing a team of Property Managers. This position blends hands-on property management with team leadership and full leasing oversight. The SPM will act as the primary point of contact for ownership and tenants, negotiate lease transactions, drive operational performance, and ensure both the financial health and physical upkeep of the portfolio. This position reports directly to the COO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of commercial property management experience
- Active CA Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Excel and property management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
Compensation
$100K - $120K Annually - Depending on experience
Position Eligible for Discretionary Bonus
