Position Overview
The Senior Property Manager will take full operational responsibility for a high-profile office portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and value enhancement. Reporting to executive leadership, this role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with strong financial acumen, vendor management experience, and a commitment to best-in-class building operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day property management functions across a portfolio of Class A office assets.
- Direct and supervise on-site staff, engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure optimal building performance.
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, capital improvement plans, and monthly ownership reporting.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication, timely response to service requests, and execution of retention strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with ownership and asset management to implement value-enhancing strategies and support long-term investment goals.
- Oversee lease administration, including rent collections, operating expense reconciliations, and tenant improvement coordination.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of progressive property management experience, with a strong track record managing Class A office buildings.
- Solid understanding of building systems, capital planning, and construction oversight.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor on-site teams and contractors.
- Exceptional communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- CPM or RPA designation is a plus.
