Senior Property Acquisitions Manager

Location: Northfleet Property Office, Kent and East Sussex (including DA11 9BU)

What you'll do

1. Identify, negotiate, and acquire freehold and leasehold deals to expand our store network.
2. Conduct site inspections, development appraisals, and manage due diligence on legal and planning aspects.
3. Manage the planning application lifecycle from submission to approval and conditions discharge.
4. Lead expansion, relocation, and infrastructure improvement projects.
5. Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, landlords, tenants, agents, and developers.
6. Oversee the full development and planning process from concept to completion.
7. Manage real estate assets, including freehold and leasehold properties.

What you'll need

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Degree-level education (minimum 2:2), ideally in a relevant field.
• Experience in retail acquisitions, land buying, commercial property, or town planning.
• MRICS qualification is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and a well-established network.
• Good understanding of commercial property law and legal matters.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
