Sayres is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager III with a current SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS, located in Washington D.C. Responsibilities In support of the Shipbuilding program, the Senior Project/Program Manager will be responsible for the following: Provides program configuration management support for the shipbuilding PAPM, Production APM and Supervisor of Ship Building Gulf Coast Program Manager Representative and Deputy PMR. Acts as the EPF Waterfront Configuration and Certifications Manager support for shipbuilding. Provides weekly metrics and coordinates program bi-monthly status report meeting encompassing all current and proposed contract changes. He tracks waterfront changes, AMOD'S, waivers/deviations, post-delivery items, and action items. Manages, tracks, publishes, and delivers Regulatory Body Certificates to Military Sealift Command for EPF ships Qualifications & Clearance Requirements Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates NAVSEA shipbuilding experience. 15 years of DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business. Project management Professional (PMP) or DAU Program Manager equivalent. In-depth knowledge of U.S Navy Amphibious Ship Combat systems, C5ISR systems and interfaces, and familiarity with SEA 05, NAVWAR, PEO IWS, and Warfare Systems organizations or programs of similar size, scope and/or complexity. AutoCAD proficiency. Advanced degree in any technical discipline. Secret clearance verifiable in DISS.
