Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Planner / Scheduler to support complex, cross-functional programs. This non-managerial, non-leadership role is critical in developing, analyzing, and maintaining integrated project schedules that drive successful program execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in schedule management, risk analysis, and earned value management systems (EVMS), and will work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment with program goals. Key Responsibilities: Independently develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project schedules in accordance with industry standards. Analyze project status and provide schedule-based insights, including trend, variance, and impact assessments. Support Project Managers with schedule analysis, mitigation planning, and "what-if" scenario development. Generate and maintain schedule reports, metrics, and change activity documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure schedule alignment and resource planning. Lead efforts to improve project management processes and implement best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to define requirements and project objectives. Assist in developing performance recovery plans and ensure robust project control systems are in place. Required Qualifications: Active Top-Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree and typically 15+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 13+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience managing complex integrated schedules and working with program managers to establish baselines. Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Milestone Professional. Strong background in earned value management systems (EVMS). Experience managing and analyzing resource-loaded schedules. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work independently. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. Preferred Qualifications: In-scope CI polygraph 10+ years of related work experience. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Background in early development programs. An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
