Senior Project Manager with Security Clearance

To acquire this advantage, Zolon is seeking a Project Manager who will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of IT and telecommunication projects at Client location. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with Client guidelines and client regulations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the project team completes the project within the schedule and budget.
Provide project management support for new and existing IT development projects. Provides the overall management of the project direction as related to functionality, schedule, and budget.
Ensures adherence to project management and Client-specific software development life cycle and best practices; Manages the team's performance on project tasks.
Secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor.
Responsible for status reporting, risk management, and escalation of issues that the project team cannot resolve; liaised with all current and future stakeholders.
Give periodic project, program, and operational status updates as required by the client within an agreed-upon frequency and schedule. These are typically weekly or monthly task order status reports and weekly
Agile/Scrum development meetings.
Manage and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly workloads and schedule for active tasks concerning schedule, budget, priority, risk, and quality to ensure quality response to client task order requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Experience in Cybersecurity, data center management, Helpdesk support, enterprise connectivity, audio/video and voice services, or application services.
Experience managing projects in an Agile Scrum environment conducting Agile ceremonies.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Having one or more of the following certifications is a plus:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
