Your mission as a Senior Project Manager: Our Project Managers serve as the expert in Digital Government best practices, developing statements of work (SOW), complex implementation roadmaps, and mentoring clients in effectively executing their initiatives to becoming a smart government. They lead the scoping and implementation of the Data & Insights SaaS platform for client software implementation projects ensuring clients achieve success during software implementation. They manage the client scoping deliverables in the sales cycle and the implementation deliverables post sale with clear definitions of outcomes with a set timeline and resource plan to ensure the final solution is highly consumed by the client team. Additionally, Project Managers coordinate the technical deliverables defined in the SOW for each client engagement.

Responsibilities
aka what you will be doing as a Senior Project Manager: - Provide leadership and best practices to our clients for use of Data & Insights SaaS solutions in the public sector
- Proactively build effective cross-functional relationships with partners in sales, client success, technical consultants, support, and product engineering to develop and drive implementation outcomes
- Work with Enterprise clients on cross-cutting, multi-agency implementations using varied project management styles
- Validate a solution design and requirements, to assess level of effort and develop an accurate statement of work (SOW)
- Solicit clear client goals and objectives (success criteria) to develop and execute a successful implementation plan with the client using existing product functionality
- Document and deliver high quality client and project implementation and deliverables
- Manage implementation schedule, scope, quality, risks, budget and outcomes that support and ensure high quality client engagement
- Provide day-to-day project management, regular status reports, and manage all communications between project team and client
- Lead change management process for all activities defined outside of contract scope
- Facilitate clear, timely communication with the product development team when needed
- Lead client implementation tasks such as user research/personas, information architecture, wireframes, content strategy, etc.
- Accountable for implementation delivery client satisfaction and implementation success criteria standards and targets
Qualifications
- Possess at least 5 years of professional project management and/or consulting experience in the software industry and/or client-facing technical program management experience
- Demonstrated leadership communication (verbal and written) skills
- Solution and outcomes oriented
- Proven ability to work well independently as well as a highly effective collaborator as part of a cross functional team
- Excellent organization skills and a track record of delivering SOWs, project plans, and projects on time and within budget
- Demonstrated enterprise software delivery project management experience
- Experience and passion for helping public sector clients and their organizations improve their ability to use data to drive decisions, optimize their organization's data-driven decision-making abilities, data visualization, and related outcomes.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Required to undergo and satisfactorily pass a fingerprint background check in accordance with CJIS requirements.

State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements
Salary will generally fall between $69,797 - $110,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
