About the role:
Loftware is seeking a Project Manager responsible for managing customer-facing full lifecycle projects, from PreSales handoff through implementation, configuration, and go-live. The role requires applying Project Management Professional methodologies to manage multiple system implementation projects, utilizing internal resources and applications. The goal is to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, and according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the full project lifecycle, including initiation, implementation, and support for multiple major initiatives.
- Moderate understanding of system architecture solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans covering all phases: Planning, Specification, Installation, Configuration, UAT, Training, Go-Live, and Documentation.
- Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead remote and on-site project teams, motivating members to meet objectives and milestones.
- Manage scope, timelines, and changes per the SOW, including change-order processes.
- Define and communicate success criteria throughout the project.
- Report on project metrics, tests, and deployment activities, ideally using automated PSA systems.
- Apply creative and analytical problem-solving skills, fostering teamwork and innovation.
- Estimate configuration and design efforts, delegate tasks, and ensure resource allocation.
- Prioritize solution quality issues and manage escalations with Product Management and Development.
- Monitor outcomes, resolve conflicts, and manage dependencies and critical deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Build trustworthy relationships with customers and ensure sound project management processes are followed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including planning and tracking.
- At least 5 years working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience with PM methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.) and enterprise software projects resource planning.
Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, etc.) and experience in developing specifications.
Soft Skills:
- Effective collaboration with virtual teams.
- Leadership, diplomacy, motivation, and the ability to manage teams across multiple regions.
- Experience leading diverse project teams and holding team members accountable.
Fluency in English required; multi-language skills are a plus.
