The Supply Chain Process Excellence team implements the strategic direction as set by leadership, to improve the global capability and increase process efficiency in all areas of Supply Chain including, but not limited to, Supply & Demand Planning, Warehousing, Transport & Trade, Inventory Management and Reporting. The role combines project management expertise with continuous improvement methodologies to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of E2E Supply Chain processes.
A typical day might include the following:
- Lead high priority projects, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives, working cross-functionally to implement best practices and manage deliverables.
- Partner with the Senior Director SCO to Identify opportunities for cross-functional improvements through people, processes, and infrastructure, tailored to specific situations.
- Partner with Operations Leadership Team (OLT) to maintain alignment of supply chain improvement initiatives with overall Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) strategies and objectives.
- Lead through influence rather than direct authority while managing business critical programs and special projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables by applying proven program management and problem-solving methodologies.
- Establish and communicate best practices for project management and operational improvements across the Supply Chain organization by leveraging proven methodologies, tools and templates.
- Provide on-the-project training and coaching in program management and continuous improvement methodologies to team members aligned to the project scope and objectives.
- Maintain and execute timelines for supply chain improvements by removing constraints, translating ambiguity into actionable steps and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining program dashboards and reports, leveraging fit for purpose tools to minimize administrative overhead for program and project team and SC Leaders.
- Manage multiple concurrent project teams, providing direction and coaching as appropriate.

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA in a science-related discipline and
- Associate Manager: 6+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in the healthcare or biotech industry
- Manager: 7+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in the healthcare or biotech industry
- Senior Manager: 8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in the healthcare or biotech industry
- May consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process
- Experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries is preferred.
- GMP regulated experience a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma or other related Continuous Improvement (CI) certifications a plus.
- APICS or other related Supply Chain certifications a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
