Senior Project Manager

Primary Skills: SAP S/4 HANA (Expert), Supply Chain Management (Expert), Project Management (Expert), Cross-functional Leadership (Advanced), Agile Methodology (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $90 - $95 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Supply Chain Management to lead complex cross-functional projects aimed at transforming our supply chain operations within the client's Business Applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing & supply chain industries, demonstrating a successful track record in SAP ERP implementations and project delivery. This role is essential for coordinating and executing large-scale software system implementations, product launches, system upgrades, and facility expansions across various business areas. Key Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and maintain program/project timelines and governance for all assigned projects, spanning from ideation and evaluation to implementation. Drive project management best practices at a global level, ensuring standardized application across regions. Showcase leadership in technical project teams, managing partnerships with third-party system integrators and service providers for successful project implementations. Provide clear communication on project status, manage project deliverables, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution. Ensure compliance with internal business and quality system requirements, as well as external regulatory standards. Must-Have Skills: Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA with experience in multi-module implementation. Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams. Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of handling ambiguity and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Domain Experience Required: Manufacturing & Supply Chain industries. Experience in medical device industry is a plus. This position requires the candidate to be onsite for 3/4 days a week (Local Only), deal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in leading major cross-functional projects with a foundation in Manufacturing Operations. Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desired.
