Senior Project Manager

Primary Skills: SFDC (Expert), SAP (Advanced), Tableau (Advanced), Project Management (Expert), Stakeholder Management (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months Location: Santa Clara, CA (3 days Hybrid) Pay Range: $80-$85 per hour This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver's license. Job Summary: An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought to lead enterprise-wide implementations of finance and sales systems, such as SFDC, SAP, and Tableau, in Santa Clara, CA. This role involves driving process improvements, managing stakeholder communications, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating system integrations, developing project plans, and ensuring continuous business operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage implementations of finance and sales systems across the organization. Drive process improvements and system integrations within sales and finance operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively. Identify project risks, ensure business continuity, and manage vendor relations. Must Have Skills: Expertise in SFDC, SAP, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Industry Experience Required: Must have significant experience in managing large-scale transformations within finance and sales operations. Detailed knowledge of financial processes and sales operations is crucial. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired. SFDC or SAP certifications are a plus.
