Volt is immediately hiring for Senior Project Manager in San Diego, CA Remote

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, deployments, and integrations.
  • Oversee enterprise-level data migration initiatives, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely transitions with minimal business disruption.
  • Manage M&A-related IT projects, including due diligence, systems integration, data consolidation, and network alignment post-acquisition.
  • Collaborate with network engineers, data architects, cybersecurity teams, business analysts, and executive stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and timelines while managing changes through proper governance processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across multiple teams and systems.
  • Lead project governance meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to execution and delivery.
  • Proactive leadership style with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive resolution.
  • High level of accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.


Salary: $138 per hour
