Job Details- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leading project manager role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project), and a thorough understanding of construction processes from scope development to project closeout.
- Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with design professionals, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commitment to safety and quality is essential.
