Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across various market sectors. You will contribute to building a culture of being a Trusted Advisor while leading talented teams who are committed to excellence and building with integrity. You will play an active role in shaping the future of the organization by developing innovative processes and LEAN techniques to push the company forward.

As a member of the construction project management team, your goal will be to ensure the ultimate success of assigned projects. You will provide executive project management, business administration, and technical expertise while acting as the primary point of contact and relationship manager between the company and the client. Your leadership will guide the project from the bid process through to project close-out, ensuring the project exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead the assigned project team to consistently seek the most efficient methods for executing project documents.
  • Manage pre-construction and construction activities, including collaborating with the owner, design consultants, subcontractors, and the project team, fostering success for all stakeholders.
  • Perform overall site and building analysis, review plans for constructability, serviceability, project delivery, and site logistics.
  • Prepare and maintain construction schedules with the project team, incorporating procurement details to monitor delivery dates, submittal approvals, fabrication timelines, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the owner, ensuring the owner's contract requirements are met.
  • Achieve the best possible price, establish a comprehensive bid list, and secure approvals as deemed appropriate by the owner and senior management.
  • Prepare a detailed job logistics plan in coordination with the Director of Field Operations, Project Superintendent, and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate with a combination of education and experience equivalent to: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management, or twelve (12) years of field construction or project engineering/management experience.
  • Experience in any of the following disciplines is required: Multi-Family, Healthcare, or Science & Technology.
